- The PrimeFire 400 is an oxygen-fuel burner nozzle-mixing burner featuring a flat flame geometry. This flat flame shape provides enhanced flame coverage over the load and provides uniform heat distribution, resulting in improved product quality and extended furnace refractory life.
  
  The advanced design incorporates a pre-combustor at the back of the burner which mixes a portion of the combustion oxygen with the fuel stream. This causes gas cracking, which produces free carbon particles that increase luminosity and improve the radiant heat transfer to the glass load. Overall furnace efficiency is improved, peak flame temperatures are reduced and NOx formation is lowered.

- The Eclipse Heat-Up Burner is a portable combustion system designed for the controlled heat-up and dry-out of refractory in a variety of furnaces, including glass furnaces. It is typically used to raise the furnace temperature from a cold start up to main burner light-off. The system is also used for slag burn-out and cleaning in furnace regenerator checkers. The Eclipse Heat-Up Burner system is available in three standard burner sizes; 3,000,000 Btu/hr. (879 kW), 6,000,000 Btu/hr. (1758 kW) and 12,000,000 Btu/hr. (3516 kW). A variety of other capacities are also available.

- Oxygen-Enriched Air Staging (OEAS) technology provides a very economical way to dramatically decrease NOx production in air-fired regenerative glass furnaces. It can be installed in new furnaces or as a retrofit, without making significant changes to the operation and without increasing energy costs. This NOx control technology is available for end-fired and cross-fired regenerative glass furnaces encompassing all segments of the glass industry. NOx reduction levels of 30-75% can be achieved, depending on initial conditions, with a limit of about 1.0 kg NOx per ton of glass for container glass furnaces.

- The 04V air-gas nozzle-mixing burner is suitable for many glass furnace applications ranging from small glass day tanks, float glass furnace working ends, refiners and distributors, to large multi-burner recuperative furnaces. A recuperator or other means provides preheated combustion air to the burner. Using combustion air, preheating will lead to increased fuel savings. 04V burners can be either side or end fired on several types of continuous furnaces. Any clean industrial gas and/or grade of fuel oil of suitable viscosity may be burned.

- The 03FA is a nozzle mixing oil burner with an adjustable atomizing orifice design. The burner is easy to use, with adjustable flame control and reliable, proven performance.   Underport firing allows a high degree of flame coverage of the melt by using multiple burners mounted beneath the port sill, providing high thermal efficiency and easy access for adjustment and maintenance.
  
  The Eclipse GT/NG Dual Impulse underport burner uses co-axial jets in which the center jet flow is adjustable by means of a calibrated metering valve attached to the burner. By altering the gas to the center jet, the thrust of the burner can be controlled, allowing the flame length to be varied by up to 30% without changing the nozzle and allowing easy optimization of the flame. This arrangement also increases the flame luminosity, providing greater heat transfer to the glass and lower NOx.
